For the last 10 years, I have been providing Personal Training in different residential buildings, societies, and home-based setups. I started my journey by training ladies in my own building and gradually began taking home PT sessions in nearby gated communities. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, functional exercises, and yoga-based fitness routines. My training method is a mix of strength, cardio, mobility, and flexibility, depending on the client’s goals. I design personalized workout plans based on the client’s fitness level, body type, stamina and health goals. My training style focuses on safe movements, correct posture, joint mobility, muscle activation and long-term sustainable results. I have trained beginners, post-delivery mothers, working women, and clients who prefer private and home-based sessions. My clients appreciate my disciplined approach, motivation, and supportive atmosphere during training. I make sure every session is effective, result-oriented and suitable for the client’s comfort. My mission is to help women achieve a healthy, fit and confident lifestyle through structured fitness and yoga sessions.
