If the interviewer gives a feedback on what you have improve ,focus on those gaps and prepare for the next interview Don't repeat the same mistake Understand why you were not able to crack the interview , identify the missing piece which couldn't get you cleared Practice ,learn those things which missed It's important to identify what was not working ,untill you understand what is wrong it'll be difficult to crack the interview as you'll be repeating same mistakes So as you fill the missing pieces ,you'll surely do we'll and one fine day you'll get the offer Don't loose the hope , preperation and hardwork will be definitely paid of one day Just keep trying ,don't loose your confidence keep focusing on your skills ace them and you'll get the confidence for sure All the best!! read less
