Dear Navita,
Courses offered by most of the universities are not holistic. Would suggest taking certificate Course from a reputed institute. If you want to pursue you as a career, you may take courses offered by QCI, Quality Council of India since all govt institute has QCI certificate a prerequisite. Would suggest doing 4 months certificate course from Bihar school of yoga for deep learning.
