Hello, I'm Sonia Lunia, a certified yoga instructor from the Yoga Teachers Training Course (500hrs) under the World Yoga Organisation dedicated to fostering physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional equilibrium through the practice of yoga. I have done my graduation in M.A. Economics from Vikram University. I have been practising yoga for the past 20 years.I have been involved as a yoga instructor at the Hari Om yoga centre for 10 years . Once I got my certification done I have been taking online as well as classes from my home for the past 5 years and also did my first professional job as an instructor at Zeen Teena Zumba for a year. My key skills include Hath and Vinyasa Yoga, Effective meditation techniques, Basic, Intermediate & Advanced Yoga, Exercise during Pregnancy (Pre & Post Natal), Pranayam, Flexibility, Body Postures etc. My other interests includes travelling and listening to music.
