I teach Dance Aerobics, Zumba, and various forms of Dance, and I have been training students for over 5 years. My sessions are energetic, engaging, and designed to help students improve their fitness, rhythm, coordination, and overall confidence. I believe that dance is not just a form of exercise but also a powerful way to express oneself and stay mentally refreshed.

I completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) in 2021. Along with my academic degree, I have undergone professional training and certification in Dance, Zumba, and Aerobics. These certifications have equipped me with the technical knowledge and structured training methods required to conduct safe, effective, and result-oriented sessions.

Over the past five years, I have trained students from different age groups and skill levels. From beginners who are just starting their fitness journey to individuals looking to enhance their stamina and performance, I have guided them step-by-step. My experience in conducting both individual and group sessions has helped me understand how to keep classes lively, inclusive, and motivating.

My sessions focus on improving cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, body coordination, and overall stamina. At the same time, I ensure that every class is enjoyable and stress-relieving. I strongly believe that when students enjoy the process, they stay consistent, and consistency is the key to visible results.

I conduct both online and offline classes, providing flexibility for students to learn comfortably. My teaching style is interactive and practical-based, ensuring that students actively participate and feel involved throughout the session. I maintain a positive and supportive environment where everyone feels confident to move freely and learn without hesitation.

I follow a structured lesson plan tailored to each student’s level and goals. My aim is to ensure steady progress while keeping the sessions fun and energetic. Through discipline, enthusiasm, and proper guidance, I strive to help my students achieve better fitness, improved rhythm, and greater self-confidence through dance.
