I teach with the intention of my students becoming independent and eventually practising on their own and making Yoga/Ayurveda/Fitness a way of life. I teach Iyengar/Hatha Yoga, which is practised with a lot of precision and detail using props making it a safe learning experience. I had teached many young children and now they are performing advanced yoga. I myself practising yoga from my childhood. I have a deep knowledge of practical and theory of yoga/fitness and wellness/ physical education. We cannot teach same for everyone we must teach everyone differently according to there age, body, mind and flexibility .
