If the candidate built with strong basics it is enough to crack IIT. That can be decided by student caliber when to start foundation course.

Hi Harpreet, VIth class would perhaps be too soon to start foundation courses. But nevertheless it depends on the students grasping power, if he can take it well. My suggestion would be to start it in class VIII. As a parent one thing that must be taken care of is that the student doesn't get burdened...
