Listen to Ted Talk,podcasts by native English speakers.
You could watch 1 min videos by NAS Daily( it has subtitles) it will ease your ears and accustom it to accent.
For Reading you could get in touch with me for worksheets.(it's free)
These passages are mostly academic in nature so all practice sheets are based on the kind of passages usually given in Exam.
