Yes, anyone can clear the bank exam without any coaching. You just need to give your self-study and proper direction. You can easily clear any bank exam in the first attempt, even without coaching.

If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.

It's up to you to either Join an institute of self prepare for IBPS exam. But if you are not aware of the patter of exam,basic concepts which are asked like aptitude,reasoning,Reading comprehension that it would be better to join a coaching centre for guidance.

Ofcourse, but before applying check notification regarding only for experience. As Fresher you are eligible, so check job notification carefully.
