While I was working there, I was responsible for developing CCD and CMOS processes for various applications. I taped out five test chips containing various test structures to evaluate VLSI processes. And also extracted device models for all the CMOS processes. I have a passion for semiconductor device modelling. I have also published seven international research papers in this field. Besides this Silicon and VLSI, I have an unbroken passion for Physics and mathematics from my child hood. I have two and half years of experience in teaching physics, chemistry and maths to VIII - X class with CBSE and ICSE syllabus. I also have two and a half experience as Asst.
