As regards your personality, first assess what is your personality traits from a good questionnaire. I mean everybody has some basic traits , which only others can tell about your. Get analysed yourself and get to know your strengths & weaknesses ( rather areas of improvements to be more positive sounding) . Attend PD seminars , listen/watch self-improvement videos and get this book THE MAGIC OF THINKING BIG and this book will teach you and lead you to further course of action to improve your personality.

How much time will it take for me to speak English very fluently? Currently I know English but I cannot speak fluently.

Brother - Please observe the some untrained tour guides in India, the speak fluent English. The reason is simple , spend as much time as possible with English speaking colleagues , watch English News Channels, Read English News papers and in few days you will be automatically be fluent. Yes nobody tutored us in our mother tongue . Being with our mother speaking our mother we got it and over a period of time fluently. So no worries, keep it simple and make mistakes and will be surprised in how much short time you have become fluent in English.
