1.Pursuing my research in the field of education,' Women and leadership in Higher Education' under the guideship of Garland .P, Lawrence .E for the faculty of Development and society .Sheffield Hallam University .England.
2. Worked as an Academic supervisor for an International school in Surabaya, Indonesia. I supervise all the academics related to both co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Besides liaising with the management, teachers and parents.
3. Worked at MES Central School, Mallappuram, KERALA, as a TESOL teacher for the classes I to IX using digital classrooms which made the students participate actively, through language games making the class more interactive and effective.
4. Worked as a teacher of English and Biology at Vaagdevi High School, Hanamkonda .Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2007-2008.I was heavily involved with experiments that enabled the students to grasp the concepts about the topics.
5. Worked as teacher of English at Pragathi High School, Hanamkonda Andhra Pradesh for the academic years 2002-2004.During my time at the school I was given the responsibility of organizing various events by liaising with the management and other members of staff to succeed in school as well the inter-school events.
