After Ph.D and Post-doctoral research at BHU joined as a Lecturer in 1968 in S V University and promoted as Reader in 1974 and then as Professor in 1983 and retired in 2000. Taught M.Sc Chemistry classes and guided research in Chemistry. During 1980 Jan to June 1981 went to City University of New York as a Post-doctoral research associate and adjunct Professor on study leave from SVU and taught first year Undergraduate students along with research. Again during 1986 Nov to 1988 Nov. went to Sri Padmavathi Mahila University as Principal on deputation from SVU. After retirement worked in autonomous colleges at Guntur and Vijayawada and taught M.Sc Chemistry. Later joined Engg. College in Vijayawada as Dean, Academic and taught 1st year chemistry and looked after all academic work of the entire College. Wrote Chemistry books to Telugu Academy of AP Govt., and to Indira Gandhi National Open University as subject expert member of Analytical Chemistry. Students I liked most are 18 t0 24 years and I was using blackboard. I love students and like to be with them throughout. I guided 30 Ph.D students of all ages(teachers as part time) and published 185 research papers and presented papers in 5 Countries. My students Used to like me as I was friendly and give good advises with my rich experiences. Even today my old students visit me and take advises for their career. All over the world they are there. I was awarded Best University Teacher Award by Govt.of A.P(1996) and Gold medal for India during 2010 by American Biographical Institute, USA. As a teacher I have learned Mainly Chemistry and good manners. My students also love me and come to me when they come to the place where I am.
