Providing information to the customers on product and services related to the process and solving their queries through chat and creating an I-ticket, to resolve the pending issues and also providing a detail breakup of the bill.

Taking care of CSAT and maintaining reports on increasing the productivity on chat, resolving the first time issues of the customers, so that there is no need for them to come again on chat to fix their issues.
