One can become fluent in a new language by getting exposed to it to a larger extent. They need to listen to either a native speaker or a person with a neutral accent. They need to listen to audio recordings and watch movies or web series. Once they feel confident they should start speaking even if they make mistakes as mistakes are part of learning.
