I notice that you have not yet completed your Diploma. ECET is the test conducted in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States for Diploma Holders, who when qualified in this test, can get lateral entry into the corresponding branch of B.Tech. course in respective States. ECET is the test conducted in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States for Diploma Holders, who when qualified in this test, can get lateral entry into the corresponding branch of B.Tech. course in respective States. If you are academically very bright and just joined the Diploma Course after completing Inter, you can consider appearing for EAMCET or still better IIT-JEE next year - but it involves loss of one year. If you are about to complete the Diploma Course, better complete it and try ECET.

Does anyone have idea how to write study materials using which tools??

If the study material is text-intensive MS Word is the best tool. Brief notes with photographs / images are best presented in MS Power Point. If the material is mathematics-intensive like graphs, equations, calculus, etc a suitable tool like MS Mathematics can be used.

C is a wonderful and robust computer language that facilitates diverse functions like a) low-level operations such as 'bit-manipulation', b) high level features for programmer's ease, c) modular design for easy debugging and maintenance, d) portability for platform-independent execution, etc.

How can I say " One half " in French, Hindi, Telegu, Spanish, German?

'oka sagam' in Telugu. Not 'paavu' suggested by Supriya - 'paavu' in Telugu means one quarter in English. 'aadha' in Hindi. Not 'dedh' suggested by Tapas Debnath - 'dedh' in Hindi means one-and-a-half (not one half) in English
