Ask a Question
There are two types of skills which are soft and hard. Soft skills include Body language, posture, effective communication, empathy, and hard skills include the knowledge you require to execute the work you are assigned and working on.
So, firstly you should work on soft skills which are very critical since hard skills can be developed once you acquire enough soft skills because communication is an essential aspect and hard skills can be formed on the job training.
Few ways to develop skills:
1. Studying books on communication.
2. Listening to Ted talks on communication.
3. Online courses and personalized online classes
4. Interact with Industry experts in the area of your expertise.
Thank you!

Hi Chandan,
Spoken English is something which you learn as you learn to speak any other language so, your emphasis should significantly lay on the concept of speaking as much as possible as we do in terms of learning our Native Language.
So it would be better for you to get somebody to speak to you regularly and point out the flaws in the Language vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, etc. to increase the efficiency of the language.
Thank you!
