HR Training

"Hi, After completion of MBA HR, I joined in a mid scale company as HR Executive. Initially I faced a lot of trouble in Payroll, Recruitment through Payroll, Statutory and some Registrations related to our Factory. This made my job complicated as I'm the only one HR Executive who need to handle all Core HR activities. Hence I decided to go for some Core HR Training to have basic knowledge and opted for Training with Mr.Raju.K. Initially when I saw him, I thought he is hardly with 5 years experience and can he able to train me as per Industry standards... But when I got to know that, he became Manager HR within 3 yrs of his Experience to a Limited Company, which is not a simple thing to achieve, I am impressed... Presently he is working as Manager HR in a LTD company and in parallel taking classes for HR students. When the classes started, he hardly followed Theoretical syllabus and mostly focused on Live and Practical sessions which is very useful... Never discussed any Definitions or had any long notes in his class. He used to discuss current issued happening in his company and how to deal those situations. Best part is:: - Practical exposure to Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com . - Live exposure to PF, ESI web sites. - Practical exposure to Liasioning works, Labour Acts. - Practical exposure to Appraisals, Bonus preparation etc - Internship with real-time work experience.
