I practice and teach naturopathy to maintain a healthy body and mind.
I teach simple yoga techniques that should be practiced with ease, awareness and
concentration.
My techiques are easy to understand and follow with maximum benefits.
At the age of 65 I dont have any healthy issues and I always stand strong even under any unforeseen circumstances.
I always want to spread the wave of happiness around me by spreading love, compassion,deeper sense of peace and clarity by reducing stress.
