I possess 14 years of experience of which 6 years have been in BPO industry and 8 years in training. I had worked with topnotch companies like GE capital, Bank of America and The TATA group as a Team leader for inbound customer service centers. As a trainer I have been working very closely with people form different walks of life like students, working professionals, home makers etc. On Functional English, Soft Skills, Presentation skills, Confidence building, Voice and Accent, CRT (Interview skills, Group Discussions, JAM sessions, etc), Verbal Aptitude and I have also been imparting Customer Service Training. I have successfully completed Communication training sessions in Biocon, Hyderabad. I have conducted Soft skills drive in Vignan institute of engineering for women, Vizag for Accenture drive. Out of 62 students, who have cleared the written test, 55 have cleared the final HR interview round.

I am currently employed as a Soft Skills Mentor at MSIT Division, JNTU, Hyderabad . I believe in hard work and always strive for excellence in what ever project I take up. I am technically proficient in creating and delivering classes on power point presentations. I posses excellent oral communication, interpersonal, presentation, counselling and coaching skills
