Hello Ma'am. Swimming is just like daily exercise. You are in water instead of open-air,
Swimming is too easy to learn. You have to find a good coach.
I already taught swimming for many people in '40s, even 60's old people come for swimming.
So, don't worry, you can learn swimming with ease.
