This brief is close to work I do regularly, I'm a Senior UX Designer with ~5 years across early-stage AI product startups.

At Starweaver, I led product architecture for Ascend, an AI executive coaching platform. I designed the full user flow across six stages, built the Session Review screen (Executive Telemetry, Capability Blueprint, 3-Horizon Action Plan, Artifacts), and designed a gamification system for retention — ranks, streaks, skill tree, ghost benchmarks — which I documented as a full export for the dev team. I also lead UX for JourneyBuilder, an AI-powered course builder, where I run competitor-informed feature ideation, define MVP scope, and maintain a prioritized backlog with user stories (Drop-off Heatmap, Struggle Detection, Branching Simulator, etc.).

Before that, I was Founding UX Designer at Fabric AI, where I took an early-stage AI product from idea to structured MVP solo — research, information architecture, wireframes, and developer-ready documentation, with no existing team or design system to lean on.
