Will 59.4% marks read as 60% or not in Aggregate/gross marks? Without decimal what will be the Aggregate...

59% is an aggregate/grosses marks considered because we have a rule of rounding off to the next digit only when the last digit is equal to more than 5. Since last digit here is 4, it is negligible and actual number 59 is considered.
