Identity13 years of experience as a Special Educator & Professional Social Worker. I do remedial teaching, counseling sessions for students with special needs and behavior concerns. I adopt various strategies practiced and tools implemented in the United States of America to meet the diverse needs of the students. I strongly believe and practice in strength-based approach to increase the level of self-esteem and increase the student's responsibility for active participation in their learning.
My sessions incorporate more experiential learning activities, Yoga therapy, Art therapy, Music therapy, and drama therapy. I also facilitate workshops for teachers on topics related to special education, trauma counseling, promoting peace, interfaith relations, sustainable community development, youth leadership, and employability skills.
