ENRICH ENERGIES EVRYDAY is a initation for DLF employees exclusively to make fit by AJ's YOGA at LIFE. 

There will be 3 batches going on i.e Morning two batches and 1batch at evening will be the schedule for a day.

Bringing yoga is main moto on this schedule so fee is made very nominal decided from Aj's yoga at LIFE & DLF management .

So i take this opportunity to invite for utilising the sessions and get energetic. the core curriculum will be starting with sukshma yoga and going forward ASAN Pranayam will be introduced in the course .

Mudras will also be part of the classes and will be going subjectively according to requirment of the need.

The rules of Aj's yoga t LIFE will be similiar to hatha yoga

Pranayam 

above 4 will be the basic concentration on the whole .

Once the above all  be perfect for Sadhak-will go slowly into SHAT KARMAS.
