I have been practising Carnatic music for the last twelve years and have six years of experience in yoga. I completed a Certificate course Diploma in Carnatic music from Pottisriramulu Telugu University, followed by a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS), a Yoga Instructor Course from SVYASA, and courses in Face Yoga and Pregnancy yoga. As a naturopathic doctor, I firmly believe that natural remedies have no side effects and can cure many health issues. In my clinical experience, I have witnessed how meditation and yoga can help cure stress-related ailments.
I have worked as a naturopathy doctor in two clinics in Vizag and conducted workshops in yoga during my clinical experience. Additionally, I have participated in numerous stage performances since age eight, including Tirupathi programmes and twenty-five Kacheries stage shows. I received a first-class certificate course in Carnatic music during my annual days. I also participated in a Bollywood competition in 2019 and secured the fourth position in Chandigarh.
I primarily teach Carnatic vocal music to individuals above sixty years of age who have been practising for 8+ years. I also conduct yoga classes for individuals above twenty from 6-11 am. All my classes are online, and I provide theory and practical lessons. Zoom is the preferred platform for my online courses, and I share notes for daily classes on yoga philosophy. I provide diet and nutritional charts to my students, emphasising the importance of healthy eating habits in maintaining good health. My unique combination of music and naturopathy has enabled me to offer holistic solutions to individuals seeking to improve their physical and mental well-being.
