I am a professional banker turned certified Yoga Therapist with an experience of practicing and teaching Yoga for last 5 years. I practice Yoga in the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya Yoga where utmost priority is given to an individual.
I am very keen in meeting students who are keen to experience the benefits of our ancient wisdom through Yoga. I offer both group and one on one personal classes through online and physical mode.
I am specially interested to teach women for their health and well-being, senior citizens, teenagers, and kids.
