Binoy. M did his schooling from Little Flower High School in Hyderabad. He did his graduation in Arts from Osmania University at Hyderabad and subsequently did his post graduate diploma in Television production from Central University, Hyderabad. He also did his Master Diploma in Human Resource Management-Indian Institute of Management and Research. He not only secured distinction in his entire academic tenure but was also involved in several creative activities & received several awards including an international award in poetry and several awards in other extracurricular activities. His both parents being professors in English & psychology, teaching & training had always been his passion.

Binoy subsequently went to Austraila as a high skilled migrant for four years and returned to India. He worked for multinational companies like HSBC, Satyam, IL& FS ,TATA Projects, TATA Strive etc and held distinguished positions like Head Skills/Education, Head Operations etc. He has also executed projects for international organizations like UNDP, USAID,McKensey Social Initiative, Reliance foundation etc.

During his employment he adopted innovative practices to achieve substantial growth in the field of skill development.

Binoy successfully implemented several skill development projects in India; He was awarded “Top Performer”, Farther than Excellence” “Outstanding Performance” awards in the Skill development eco system. He organized several Mega Job Melas, UdyogaRath, Awareness generation camps, Personality Development-IMPACT-Sessions, etc. enabling employment for thousands of youth in India.

Binoy has been the recipient of “Outstanding service for the underprivileged” award given by Lions Club International. He has been actively associated with Rotary trust and has implemented several welfare activities especially to the physically challenged, underprivileged community and unemployed youth.

Binoy is an eminent and a renowned motivational and inspirational speaker, he has conducted numerous sessions for corporate on Leadership, Team building, Interpersonal skills, Effective Communication Skills, Time & anger management etc. Also conducted sessions career guidance, examination writing techniques, interview handling skills sessions on behalf of UNDP to several thousands of youth. He has won several awards and honors including international awards in his career. His efforts for the under privileged youth has been widely appreciated by several sections of the society including leading newspapers & Television channels.

Binoy currently focusing on providing skill development to unemployed youth based on the emerging technologies and market driven courses to ensure sustainable employment and enable youth to live their dreams.
