Martial arts is a way of life. Words alone cannot define the beauty of Martial Arts. But to tell you something, for your knowledge, Martial Arts is combat that utilizes physical skill and coordination without weapons.
Not only physical, but it has spiritual benefits too. You know yourself much better. Your quality of life is improved. You are now more confident and have a never give up attitude, whatever the situation is.
