I have been number one in providing the training for educational service consecutively for more than 12 years. She had been mastered in english literature and in psychology. Followed by, I did my management studies, I started my career in 2003 as a tutor one to one and slowly my progress stepped into online tutoring which gave a platform to enter into the world of administrative management. I worked as a course counsellor in brightindia for aims in the year 2006 up to 2009. In the mid 2009 I started to undertake my personal coaching for civil service in union public service commission and started my own academy on civil service training. I also introduced in my academy personality development program with communicative language. I recruited staffs for my academy who were my students of mines. To get a better understanding of staffs and the managements I employs my own trained students which paved a healthy relationship between the staffs and management. In 2009 I started an activity school for children from nursery to higher secondary for the conceptual education which is the root of all basic knowledge of creativity. My journey was indeed well reputed with few but dignified and dedicative students who are really in thirst for future society development and their generation. This led me to light up on social work in giving awareness to the people who are in need and search of knowledge. I gave many motivational speech in and outside of my academy and in organisation and to the corporate world. This led my to take part in human rights and now I am the active chairperson for women and child protection cell in saarc nation international human rights association.
