सुखार्थिनः कुतो विद्या विद्यार्थिनः कुतः सुखम् ।
सुखार्थी वा त्यजेत्विद्यां विद्यार्थी व त्यजेत् सुखम्

As an experienced Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and trainer, my goal is to help individuals achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through my classes. By providing a nurturing and supportive environment, I aim to empower my students to develop a deep understanding of their bodies and minds, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and harmony. My classes are designed to not only enhance physical flexibility, strength, and balance, but also to help students connect with their inner selves and develop mindfulness, focus, and clarity of thought. Through my teachings, I hope to inspire my students to incorporate the principles of yoga into their daily lives and ultimately contribute to a more peaceful and harmonious society.
