You should learn tenses throughly because they play major role while speaking and try to inprove your vocabulary by reading newspaper like The Hindu, Deccan Chronicle or Indian Express, it's helps a lot. Try to speak to yourself or with others without hesitation in English that will improve your confidence when you communicate and socialize with people.
