How much years are required to become a C++ pro?

You are already a programmer. The only thing you need to know is the syntax of that particular programming language. and that need only 10-15 days. Believe me it's true. You may refer any good book or teacher and it will not take more than this.

And all the supporting files, libraries will taken care by the framework itself.
