Has great knowledge of the human anatomy, along with workouts and nutrition. When I started I weighed 104kg I am 6”1’. In about 8 months my weight dropped to 86 kg. It was all natural and one of my proudest feats. Workouts with him are super fun. He keeps you on your toes. Keeps bringing in variations and exercises. It never gets boring. I definitely recommend tushar. He is also a great human being. Because of him everyone in my family has become motivated towards working out and towards fitness.
