This start-up is led by Tripat Mehrotra Tripat is a hospitality enthusiast, passionate Trainer, Coach and EQ Fellow – credited with 20 + years’ experience in Learning & Development (L&D) Department. He has worked with the hospitality brands like Rajvilas an Oberoi Hotel (India) Burj-Al-Arab, Wild Wadi, Rotana Hotels, Millennium Hotels, & Kerzner International, Dubai. Tripat has led the L&D functions from the Corporate Office of Rotana (managed 62 properties), Millennium (managed 42 properties) and Kerzner (managed 2 Atlantis worldwide and 9 One&Only properties). Tripat has opened more than 40 + hotels in MENA and Turkey region and has set L&D structure from scratch. During this period, he has developed Corporate Leaders, General Managers, Department Leaders, and colleagues. Tripat is an architect of Millennium Hotel’s ‘TooMooH’ – “a fast track talent development programme” for local nationals (Management Trainees, Interns and Leaders), and he has managed Rotana’s TAROT Programme and Kerzner International Management Trainee Programme. Post-COVID era needs employees who are developed in a new world’s soft skills. Being a futurist and today’s L&D specialist, Tripat is ready to share some vital soft skills programmes that will help fresh graduates, executives and hospitality businesses to be future-ready.
