Teaching Experience in detail in Communication Skills Training
My journey with communication skills has been both intentional and experiential, shaped by a strong desire to express ideas clearly and connect meaningfully with others. Over time, I have developed a practical understanding of how communication goes beyond language—it involves tone, confidence, clarity, and the ability to adapt to different audiences. As a spoken English trainer, I follow the natural method of learning, where the focus is on thinking and speaking directly in English rather than translating from one’s native language. This approach has not only helped my learners become more fluent but has also refined my own communication style. I consciously use simple, structured language to ensure that my message is easily understood, especially by beginners. A significant part of my experience involves conducting interactive sessions where learners are encouraged to speak spontaneously. Techniques like “Just a Minute” (JAM) speeches have been particularly effective in building fluency, quick thinking, and confidence. Through these sessions, I have learned how to guide conversations, provide constructive feedback, and create a supportive environment where learners feel comfortable expressing themselves. Additionally, I have adapted my communication for digital platforms, including video-based teaching and social media content. This has enhanced my ability to convey messages concisely while maintaining engagement. Overall, my communication journey is ongoing. I continuously strive to refine my expression, expand my vocabulary, and make my interactions more impactful. My goal is not just to speak well, but to communicate in a way that inspires clarity, confidence, and connection in others.
