I have done extensive research on Yoga philosophy and did a course in Yogasutra from JNU. I offer Individual Yoga classes. Yoga is a technique to explore the uncharted terrain of your inner realms. To delve deeper within oneself is the preliminary goal of Yogic practices and it brings all kind of physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Just expecting physical fitness only through the Yoga is in a way demeans this science of immeasurable antiquity and undermines its importance too.
Apart from this, I have qualified SSC CGL, SSC JHT (AIR -1). I offer English Grammar classes for SSC and Banking exams.

Yes, It cures. Yogic postures like Pad Pashchimottanasan, bhujangasana, veerasana are good for spinal health and practising them for a few months should cure scoliosis.

Which is the best book for SSC CGL general awareness paper?

Kiran Prakashan Previous year question papers. But If you have ample time I would rather suggest you go through Science (NCERT class 9 and 10), Polity, History, Economics (NCERT class 11 and 12), Biology (NCERT Class 12 Last 4 chapters), Chemistry (NCERT Class 12 Volume 2 Last 2 Chapters). If you cover... ...more
