I teach personal fitness and wellness, and for the past six years, I have been actively training and guiding individuals to improve their health, strength, and overall lifestyle. My focus has always been on helping people achieve sustainable fitness goals rather than quick, short-term results. Working closely with students and understanding their individual needs has been a key part of my journey as a fitness trainer.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, and alongside my academic education, I have completed certification courses related to personal fitness and training. These certifications have helped me strengthen my technical knowledge and apply structured, safe, and effective training methods while working with clients of different fitness levels.

Over the years, I have had very rewarding experiences in the field of personal fitness. I have helped numerous clients achieve visible transformations, improve their stamina, lose weight, build strength, and develop healthier habits. Seeing students gain confidence in their bodies and feel more energetic and motivated has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.

My experience has helped me develop a strong ability to design personalized fitness plans that suit individual goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle building, improved flexibility, or overall wellness. I believe that every individual is different, and fitness programs should be tailored accordingly to ensure safety, consistency, and long-term progress.

I follow a structured and practical teaching approach, combining personalized workout plans with interactive, hands-on training sessions. My classes are goal-oriented and designed to keep students engaged, motivated, and disciplined. I focus on proper technique, gradual progression, and consistency to help students achieve lasting results.

I conduct both online and offline training sessions, offering flexibility based on students’ preferences and schedules. My aim is to support, guide, and motivate individuals throughout their fitness journey, helping them build not just a stronger body, but also a healthier mindset and lifestyle.
