start stretching everyday for 10 to 15 minutes .after that when u are comfortable with stretching routines u should try to increase your level of flexibility and remember dont stretch too much and before strectching warm up is essential.do jumps aND RUNNING BEFORE STRECTH.planks and cobra stretch help u alot with flexiblity.
