Harish

My name is Harish, and I am a yoga practitioner with two years of experience in yoga practice and instruction. I'm practicing yoga at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Delhi, where I gained in-depth knowledge of various forms of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Pranayama techniques.

I focus on helping students achieve balance between body and mind. I specialize in using yoga to manage and improve physical fitness and conditions such as back pain, postural issues, obesity, and flexibility challenges, as well as mental wellness concerns such as stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders.

My approach combines traditional yogic practices with mindful breathing and relaxation techniques, supporting each individual’s journey toward better health, inner peace, and self-awareness.
