Grammar has nothing to do with how you speak. Yes, grammar is essential, but not necessary for the communication process. You need to record and listen to your audio(s) daily, try to listen to English songs, learn and recite as much as you can. Most importantly, don't be afraid to speak in English. Keep practising.
