I have my own institute where i teach students from grade 1 to 5. I try to complete the course of a student while clearing the basic concept of the child. I guide the child to complete their HW too and maintain the pace with the school curriculum. The class will every day except Sunday. Subject wise routine will be alloted. There will be short test on every alternate Saturdays to track the students performance. Above all we work on students overall development like keeping a check on their handwriting, spoken english, reading , writing, listening etc.

Follow this Mantra and you can be a fluent speaker. i.e. LUS (Listen ,Understand and speak)
Take example of a child who listens his/her mother ,
tries to understand and
then he/she tries to copy or imitates .This makes a child a fluent speaker of his/her native language.
We have to also do the same .
1step :- Listen in english (conversation,documentory,news etc)
2nd Step:- try to understand its sentence formation, pronunciation,vocabulary etc.
3rd step : imitate and speak it.
Follow it and you will find a great change.
