I am a Spoken English Trainer and educator with 15 years of teaching experience, helping students improve their communication skills, academic performance, and overall confidence. I teach Spoken English as well as all subjects for students from Class 1 to Class 5. My focus is on creating a strong learning foundation by combining effective teaching methods with personalized guidance that helps students understand concepts clearly and apply their knowledge confidently.

I have completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), which have provided me with a strong foundation in subject knowledge, teaching methodologies, and effective classroom management. My educational background, combined with years of experience in teaching and training, enables me to understand different learning styles and design lessons that meet the individual needs of every student.

Over the years, I have worked in various educational and training roles, including Spoken English Trainer, Grammar Teacher, GD Coordinator, Audio-Visual Coordinator, and Personality Development Trainer. These experiences have helped me develop a deeper understanding of language learning, communication skills, and confidence-building techniques. I believe that effective communication is not just about knowing a language but also about expressing ideas clearly and confidently.

In addition to my teaching experience, I also have 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, where I worked as a Trainer and Team Leader. This professional experience has given me valuable insights into workplace communication, team management, and skill development. I bring these practical experiences into my classes to help students improve their communication abilities and prepare them for academic, professional, and social interactions.

My teaching methodology focuses on building strong communication skills through a structured and practical approach. For Spoken English, I begin by strengthening the basics of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence formation, and fluency. My classes include interactive activities, speaking practice, real-life conversations, role plays, and practical exercises that help students overcome hesitation and communicate more effectively.

I also focus on personality development, confidence building, voice modulation, and overall communication skills to help learners express themselves comfortably. I use PowerPoint presentations and a digital whiteboard to make online sessions more interactive and provide clear explanations. My lessons are customized according to each student's learning level, ensuring steady improvement through regular practice and personalized feedback.

I conduct online classes, making learning accessible and convenient for students from different locations.
