She is short temper and she dont know how to talk with people. Tell me how can we lmprove her.

 

 

Controlling temper is not a big task...... just follow the below said. Do an activity Take a plastic bottle... fill it with water... and put the cap. Make a small hole in the cap from where water droplets. Place the bottle at 90 degree position on a table so that water droplets starts comming out... ...more

Controlling temper is not a big task...... just follow the below said. 

Do an activity

Take a plastic bottle... fill it with water... and put the cap. Make a small hole in the cap from where water droplets. Place the bottle at 90 degree position on a table so that water droplets starts comming out slowly and ask her to lie down underneath in such a position so that the drops fall exactly on the centre of her forhead between the eybrows... ask her to be paitient and bear those falling droplets.... as that is  the most irritating thing... slowly minute by minute her irritation level starts decreasing... and this will control her short tempereness at the back of her mind.

Why is it difficult to answer the question "Tell me something about yourself ?"

It is Absolutely not difficult to answer this. Its just about you.... and only you..... no practice.... no prepration is required for that.... all you need to do is structure the intro once... and you are done... for any interview for the life time....
