Dear Deep , Sometimes in Life it happens that we go in different path and learn something different .It is not that we are wrong or it was our mistake.We got to learn something new. Now the mistake is in your today's thinking . Because now you are expecting more salary and you expect that my all 3 years should be counted.But dear in any every other field if you enter after working in some other field they will also treat you the same. Anyways,Whatever the past may be , Now you are thinking to switch back to MNC you will have to accept company policy and accept whatever payment they will give you as per their Policy. And you have to tell HR explicitly that I am ready with your Policy. Specifically companies think in this case about as per your age , Experiences and your expectations. They will think you as good as A fresher.
