I am a CrossFit L1 trainer and a Certified Personal Trainer from K11 institute of Fitness Sciences.
Currently working in two elite CrossFit boxes (Bodh CrossFit, The Fitness Box) in Gurgaon as coach, and helping hundreds of fitness enthusiasts crush their goals.
I train people of all age groups and fitness levels, their age ranging from 8 to 80 years, from beginners to advanced atheletes.
As a CrossFit coach, I believe weight loss is just a visible by product of the entire journey of fitness. There are other parameters like strength, endurance, agility, flexibility and body composition that need focus. It requires a mix of both balanced diet and excercising.
Over the years, I have helped my clients achieve the levels of fitness much beyond they had ever imagined.
