I have worked in corporate schools.In one school, they have conducted coin System .They are named Red house, Blue house, Green house,and Yellow house.The student who does not speak in English,he/she receives a coin from his/her colleague .By the end of the day the coins are counted,the have been given a rank.The rank have been announced in the morning assembly.So,the students are so compitatve to speak in English. That's my best experience to improve spoken English skill.
