Why is bass guitar necessary?

Bass guitar is necessary to keep the low end in our sound, in our indian classical music we don't get to see implementation of bass in this kind of music.

That's one of the most essential musical instruments in any band. Alongside with drums, a bass guitar creates a rhythm section, which is a solid foundation of any song. Of course, there are more than enough songs without bass and drums, but they miss something. They lack groove

Is it possible to learn guitar from the internet and how much time it will take?
Yes. It is possible to learn from Internet. But I must say a teacher is pretty much required in the beginning because if you learn a wrong technique in the beginning then it becomes very difficult to unlearn then. Hope it helps. Best of Luck dear.
