Sound for one but also playability and structural integrity. Avoid a warped neck, bridge buckling or pulling away from the sound board, look at the neck joint, look for cracks in the body or neck, no fret buzzing.

Atleast, it must have truss rod inside fretboard so you can manage the action of your guitar
