What's the process for adjusting the truss rod on my guitar?

Almost 7 years of playing experience

Truss rods can be adjusted from the head stock or some cases trussrod adjustment is nut is placed down the neck or body side , there is an adjustment key that we all get in the time of buying guitar,you put it in and rotate it clockwise or anticlockwise as per as your need.
